you bought it because it felt like you. if it doesn't fit right or shows up wrong, i want to make it right — here's how.

the window you've got 30 days from the day it lands on your porch to send it back. after that, it's yours for keeps.

what qualifies unworn, unwashed, tags still on. if it smells like your candle collection or your dog decided it was a chew toy, i can't take it back — hehe 

final sale custom orders/ personalized orders are final sale. no refunds, no exchanges — once it's made for you, it's made for you.

how it works

1. email rentmoneyrecs@gmail.com with your order number and what's going on
2. i'll send you a return label — shipping's on me 
3. refund lands as  back to your original payment once it's back in my hands, usually within 7-10 business days

wrong size, wrong item, my mistake if i messed up your order, that one's on me — full refund or exchange, shipping included, no questions.

international orders -no international returns due to shipping costs
